All products sold by Alkaline Aura are digital and delivered instantly upon purchase. Because of the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once a download link has been delivered, with the following exceptions:

If you were charged but never received a working download link, contact us within 7 days of purchase at AlkalinelivingLifellc@gmail.com and we'll resend it or refund you.

If you were accidentally charged twice for the same product, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full.

If a file is genuinely corrupted or unreadable, we'll replace it or refund you, no questions asked.

Outside of these cases, we don't offer refunds simply for changing your mind, since the content is fully accessible immediately after checkout. If something's wrong with your order, reach out and we'll make it right.
