How do I get my download?
Instantly after checkout, you'll get a download link by email. If it doesn't show up within a few minutes, check spam first, then email us with your order number and we'll resend it right away.
What format are the guides in, and what do I need to open them?
Both are PDFs, readable on a phone, tablet, computer, or e-reader — no special app required.
Do I need to buy anything else to get started?
No. Everything you need for the 7-Day Reset or the Health Conscious guide is included — just ordinary grocery-store ingredients.
Is this medical or nutritional advice?
No. Our guides are educational, based on general nutrition concepts and personal experience, not medical advice. What's your refund policy?
