What exactly am I buying?
Digital guides, PDFs you download and keep. The 7-Day Alkaline Reset is free and Health Conscious: A Lifestyle, Not a Label is $20. The Fiber Upgrade is coming soon, not on sale yet. The guides aren't a subscription. You're charged once, if at all. Our AURA cold-pressed juices are a separate, locally delivered monthly package. See the juice questions below.
How do I get my download?
Instantly after checkout, you'll get a download link by email. If it doesn't show up within a few minutes, check spam first, then email us with your order number and we'll resend it right away.
What format are the guides in, and what do I need to open them?
All of our guides are PDFs, readable on a phone, tablet, computer, or e-reader, with no special app required.
Do I need to buy anything else to get started?
No. Everything you need for the 7-Day Alkaline Reset or the Health Conscious guide is included, just ordinary grocery-store ingredients.
Do you offer one-on-one consultations?
Yes, one on one and by phone. Sessions come in three lengths: 15 minutes for $45, 30 minutes for $75, and 60 minutes for $120. You book and pay right on the Consultations page, then Aura emails you personally to schedule your call.
Is this medical or nutritional advice?
No. Our guides are educational, based on general nutrition concepts and personal experience, not medical advice. Talk to a healthcare provider before changing your diet or fasting routine, especially if you're pregnant, nursing, or managing a health condition. See our Terms of Service for the full disclaimer.
What's your refund policy?
Because guides are delivered instantly, sales are generally final, but if you never received a working download link, were charged twice, or got a corrupted file, we'll fix it or refund you. Full details in our Refund Policy.
Can I share a guide with a friend or family member?
Your purchase is for personal use. Feel free to recommend it, but please don't redistribute the file itself. If someone you know wants their own copy, send them our way.
AURA Cold Pressed Juices
What is the Founding Member Monthly Package?
28 days of fresh cold-pressed juice for $200 a month plus delivery during our early rollout, delivered in reusable 32 oz jugs, a 16 oz serving every day. Four signature blends: Watermelon Glow, Green Glow, Golden Flow, and Prickly Berry. Full details and pricing are on the juice page.
How do I order juice?
Tap Order the Founding Package on the juice page and check out online, monthly or biweekly. Prefer to talk first? Message us with your name, delivery preference, and neighborhood and we'll confirm your spot.
Can I buy juice by the gallon?
Yes. Gallons are $60 for Watermelon Glow and $70 for the other flavors, each one 128 oz of the same frozen, cold-pressed juice. For three gallons or more, or for events, bulk pricing is available. Email us with the flavors and quantity you want and we'll send a quote. Details are on the juice page.
How long does the juice keep?
Jugs are pressed and frozen the same day. Sealed and frozen, a jug keeps up to three months. Thaw one jug at a time in the fridge, and once it's thawed, drink it within three to five days for peak vitamins and minerals.
What happens with the jugs?
Rinse your empties and have them ready at your next delivery. They stay in circulation. A one-time $27 jug service is charged on your first order; jugs that aren't returned are billed at $9 each.
Where do you deliver the juice and the bundle?
Chicago and nearby neighborhoods during the rollout. If you're not sure you're in range, just ask. We'll tell you straight. This applies to the juice package and to the $250 juice + shots bundle, since both include juice.
What about the Golden Fire Shots on their own?
Different story: the $93 shots-only package ships anywhere in the US. Standard shipping is a flat $25 added at checkout, 3-4 days, no cold pack needed since the shots hold up fine without refrigeration in transit. Only the bundle with juice is Chicago-area only.
